Why use a REALTOR when buying NEW CONSTRUCTION?

If you’ve ever wondered why you should use a realtor when buying new construction, here is your answer.  You’ll have to watch the video for all the reasons, but here are a few of the TOP reasons:

  1. Using a realtor when buying new construction is FREE to you as the buyer!  The builder pays the realtor’s fees.  Why wouldn’t you use a service that’s free?
  2. The realtor at the open house is working for the BUILDER.  They do not represent you.  They are trying to get the builder the most $$ possible, meaning you are paying the most money.  Use a realtor to have someone in YOUR corner.
  3. Your realtor will typically be able to negotiate closing costs, amenities, and ensure your house is in tip-top condition before you move in.
