Before jumping into real estate, I spent eleven years working as a public school teacher. My deep love for home and community comes from my own busy, beautiful life here in North Carolina. I am married to my wonderful husband, Larry, and together we have our two kids, Walter and Oaklynn. In between showing houses and signing contracts, I homeschool my children, which is a part of my life that I truly treasure. We spend our mornings gathered around the table, learning together, working through lessons, asking questions, and finding plenty of opportunities to learn from the world around us. Homeschooling has taught me the value of patience, flexibility, and meeting each person where they are—qualities I bring with me into my work with every client. When we aren't busy with school lessons or real estate, you can usually find us packing up for a camping trip, digging in our backyard garden, or completing some DIY project to make our house a home.
